This apartment is composed as follows: Entrance with walk-in closet, ancien stone staircase leading to the 1st floor composed as follows: living room with fireplace and sofa sleeper for 2, double bed bedroom, through an arch we enter the dining room with kitchen, and a full bathroom. By a second staircase we climb to the 2nd floor and enter a second double bed bedroom with private bathroom or we can exit directly onto the cozy terrace.

On the entrance left side and through another arch, we enter the dining room with a nice wall kitchen and balcony with a gorgeous 1500’s architectural loggia facing v. Corte Grande.

This apartment is composed as follows: Entrance, living-dining room with great “ pietra leccese” stone fireplace and a sofa sleeper for two, one cute main bedroom with 2 closets and direct entrance to the bathroom. From the living room as well we can enter the bathroom. Through an arch from the living room we enter afull kitchen and exit as well to arich of architectural details dedicated terrace. From the kitchen as well, through a staircase, we can reach a nice terrace.
