" Il Giacinto " is a one level self-contained apartment with about 500 sq.ft. covered surface and 600 sq. ft. of terrace. This apartment is composed as follows: Entrance, living-dining room with great “ pietra leccese” stone fireplace and a sofa sleeper for two, one cute main bedroom with 2 closets and direct entrance to the bathroom. From the living room as well we can enter the bathroom. Through an arch from the living room we enter afull kitchen and exit as well to arich of architectural details dedicated terrace. From the kitchen as well, through a staircase, we can reach a nice terrace. "Il Giacinto " has wooden beams ceilings and flooring is made of a beautiful traditional compound called " lastrico battuto " and " Pietra Leccese " stone ". All plant are brand new and complete of heating and air conditioning. Original doors and windows have been restored or replaced with accurate reproductions when repair wasn't possible. All rooms have nice wall closets with gracious furnishing in decor with antiques, antique reproductions, rugs, etc.

Type of payment: Bank wire transfer is the preferred method of payment for international bookings, no credit cards.
Refundable Security/ Damage deposit:Euro300 Euro will be paid upon arrival and returned at departure provided the apartment is left in the same condition.

Payment is accepted in the quoted currency 30% deposit required upon booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. 50 Euro end cleaning payable locallyupon departure.
Rate includes: a welcome gift, all utilites including water, hot water, cooking (gas) and electricity cooking utensils, TV, washing machine, dish washer, cooking top, oven, refrigerator, freezer, linen provided. Does not include, air conditioning (charged per usage), heating (charged per usage), maid service available (charged per hour), cellular telephone made available (charged per usage maid service available).
