"La Ginestra" is a ground floor apartment of about 800 sq.ft.of covered surface with double entrance: at the n. 14 and 16 of Vittorio Emanuele III street, with excellent access for disabled or those with mobility issues. This apartment is composed as follows: Entrance - living room with sofa sleeper for 2 and just in front of it a walk -in closet, then, through an arch way, we enter a cozy dining room with a nice fireplace and handy kitchenette. The ground floor bathroom has disabled facilities. By another arch we enter a 2 beds bedroom perfect for the assistance to disabled people.
All ceilings have barrel vaults and flooring are made of a beautiful traditional compound called " lastrico battuto ".
"La Ginestra" has heating and air conditioning. Original doors and windows have been restored or replaced with accurate reproductions when repair wasn't possible.All rooms have nice wall closets with gracious furnishing in decor with antiques, antique reproductions, rugs, etc.

Type of payment: Bank wire transfer is the preferred method of payment for international bookings, no credit cards.
Refundable Security/ Damage deposit:Euro300 Euro will be paid upon arrival and returned at departure provided the apartment is left in the same condition.

Does not include, air conditioning (charged per usage), heating (charged per usage), maid service available (charged per hour), cellular telephone made available (charged per usage maid service available).
