"La Verbena " is a two levels self-contained apartment with about 1.000 sq.ft. of covered surface and 300 sq. ft. of terrace. The entrance is on v. Corte Grande This apartment is composed as follows: Entrance, on the right side and through an arch, we enter the living room with a nice ceramic fireplace, large walk-in closet, sofa sleeper for two and balcony. On the entrance left side and through another arch, we enter the dining room with a nice wall kitchen and balcony with a gorgeous 1500’s architectural loggia facing v. Corte Grande. Through a staircase we climb to the 2nd floor, where are 2 double bed bedrooms, one bathroom and 2 terraces with interesting 1500’s architectural details. "La Verbena " has wooden beams ceilings and flooring is made of a beautiful traditional compound called " lastrico battuto " and " Pietra Leccese " stone ". All plant are brand new and complete of heating and air conditioning. Original doors and windows have been restored or replaced with accurate reproductions when repair wasn't possible. All rooms have nice wall closets with gracious furnishing in decor with antiques, antique reproductions, rugs, etc.

Type of payment: Bank wire transfer is the preferred method of payment for international bookings, no credit cards.
Refundable Security/ Damage deposit:Euro300 Euro will be paid upon arrival and returned at departure provided the apartment is left in the same condition.

Rate includes: a welcome gift, all utilites including water, hot water, cooking (gas) and electricity cooking utensils, TV, washing machine, dish washer, cooking top, oven, refrigerator, freezer, linen provided. Does not include, air conditioning (charged per usage), heating (charged per usage), maid service available (charged per hour), cellular telephone made available (charged per usage maid service available).
